If you’re anything like me—let’s face it, you probably are—then this camp is your paradise! I’m talking about a place where you can make things, break things, and take things apart like a kid with a toy on Christmas morning. And if you’re the kind of genius who ends up with spare parts that could rival a junkyard, well, buckle up, because you’ve found your tribe!
If you enjoy tinkering, doodling, or splattering paint like a modern-day Picasso who forgot to use a canvas, this Camp is right up your alley! We’re talking two glorious days of mijandering—yes, mijandering! It’s like wandering but with more enthusiasm and possibly some accidental detours into snack territory. You’ll have more projects than you can shake a stick at—seriously, you might need a bigger stick to shake at all the things you’ll never finish this summer!
Join us to build robots that may or may not take over the world, create tarariamus (which I’m still not sure what that is but sounds fancy), and whip up your very own automata toys! Come hang out in our workshop, where we’ll teach you to use real tools—not the pretend ones from your childhood toolbox that were actually just glorified plastic. Brush up on your woodworking skills, learn a thing or two about electronics, sensors, and battery packs—basically, we’re turning you into a mad scientist without the crazy hair (unless you want that, then by all means, go wild!).
Get ready to get some grease under your fingernails, tinker like a pro, hammer things until they cooperate, fix a few things, and of course, break a few things because that’s half the fun! You know what they say: design, build, break, test, improve, and repeat! It’s like a never-ending cycle of chaos and creativity, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So come on down; let’s make some glorious messes together!

Welcome to my absolute favorite camp of all time! I mean, if I had a trophy for camps, this one would be shining brighter than my mom’s “World’s Best Chef” mug! The 2-day JNR Camp is like the cherry on top of my 11-year sundae of camp-running adventures! Seriously, this is the highlight of my entire year—who needs a vacation when you can hang out with toddlers in the great outdoors?
Picture this: a safe space where your tiny human can take baby steps in the Forest without the risk of tripping over a wild animal or their own two feet! Almost everything they do will be a “first time” experience! Playing with mud? First time! Playing in the mud-kitchen (because who doesn’t want to be a chef in a dirt restaurant)? First time! Playing in the river? First time! Playing with paint and probably getting more on themselves than on the paper? First time!
And let’s not forget exploring the Forest, serenaded by the sweet sounds of nature—like birds singing and squirrels arguing about who gets the last acorn. It’s a first-time extravaganza! Come join us on this wild adventure where Mother Nature unveils her magical secrets of colors, sounds, and textures—like a magician, but with fewer rabbits and more leaves!
